To make the background color, go to the gallery and open the background tab. Drag the color box to the page. Click on a box under 'custom color' and then click on 'define custom colors. Add the RGB 102.102.102. And then "add to custom colors." The color you selected should appear in the 'custom color box'.

You can right click and save each of the "boxes" and place them on the page any way that will fit your layout/design plans.
